Lucas Marc Design, LLC is a professional graphic design and web design studio. Our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
Logo Design Refund and Cancellation Policy. All logo projects must be paid in full upfront. A 50% refund is available for customers who view their initial design concepts and wish to walk away from the project. Once the revision or finalization process begins, then no refunds are available. All creative assets and designs shown remain the property of Lucas Marc Design and may not be used by the client in any fashion going forward if they choose to cancel the project.
All Other Projects Refund and Cancellation Policy. A 50% non-refundable down payment is due before beginning any design project. Once a design has been presented for initial review, if a client should be dissatisfied and wish to cancel the project and not pursue revisions further, then Lucas Marc Design will retain all ownership of any assets, purchased or creative, and the client will not owe any further payment.
Final Payment Policy. Final payment is due upon completion, and is owed (without eligibility for refunds) after an initial showing of the design with approval from the client. Delays in final payment will result in any credit card on file being charged for the remainder plus a 3% processing fee, or a 15% interest charge added to the total invoice every 30 days until the invoice is paid in full. All interest charges and collection agency fees will be added to the total should the invoice go to collections.
