The Sound in the Woods

Award-winning children’s book author Tamara Mullen from Lehi, Utah hired Lucas Marc Design to build a new WordPress eCommerce website to help promote and sell her book. Using beautiful illustrations from the book’s illustrator, Luke was able to build a beautiful site that shows off the book’s illustrations as well as educates about the author and other aspects of the book. Using WooCommerce as a sales solution, the site is a great asset for the author’s efforts in promoting the book. We also designed other print materials including postcard and large posters that the author displays at events.

Lucas Marc Design can design websites for all different types of companies and industries, and veterinarians are no exception! It was a pleasure working with Dr. Mary Jane Cionni with Pet Crossings, originally located in Salt Lake City but now in Cincinnati, Ohio. We helped Dr. Cionni with her logo design first, followed by her professional WordPress website, along with website updates and maintenance. The site has a very approachable and sympathetic feel and messaging as the target audience are pet owners whose pets have reached the end of their lives. The site includes a robust contact form for people to request appointments, which has been a huge tool for Pet Crossings in their bookings.

Trestlewood

As a large company with five showrooms across Utah and Idaho, Trestlewood needed a complex, database-integrated site with high-powered search functionality, so they hired Lucas Marc Design to help with the visual presentation and design layouts, while providing their own team of web engineers to bring Luke’s designs to life.

There was a lot of collaboration with Luke and Trestlewood’s team to flesh out all the important details of each unique layout, such as how it would look and function for both desktop and mobile, and how to give the end-user the best experience. Once finished with the design, Luke provided many layered PSD files as well as a style guide to keep web elements standardized. And we also designed their logo!

Niemann Profiles

We designed the new WordPress website for Salt Lake City based company Niemann Profiles. Their new website is just the right size for to communicate the company’s main value proposition, and then encourages potential customers to contact them for more information. Professional stock photography was used throughout to brighten the design and make it appealing, and SEO work was also done to help the site be SEO-friendly. In addition to their website, we’ve also designed their logo, business cards, brochure, flyer, and tradeshow booth.

Teton Turf

Luke had a lot of fun creating this WordPress website for a sod and tree supplier in Sugar City, Idaho, and the overall product is one of his best, keeping color schemes and photography and style uniform throughout. The site uses themes of turf and dirt, with a dirt-like texture in the footer, giving the site a very earthy yet professional appeal. Greens, browns, and tans are a unique color scheme that helps this site stand out from the competition. The customer’s unique photography of their Idaho farm helped bring the site to life and lends to its credibility. Basic search engine optimization work was done on the site, as well as a Google sheets integration for wholesale pricing. Luke also did all the copywriting for the site!

This insurance agency—based out of Sandy, Utah—commissioned Lucas Marc Design to build their professional new WordPress website. The H logo was also designed by Luke, and the bright red color is a central theme to the website’s look and feel. Intercare Psychiatric Consulting

We were hired to design a custom logo, business cards, flyers, and a new WordPress website for Intercare Consulting, a mental health medical organization with locations in Lehi, Sandy, and Orem, Utah. Since its original build, there has been continued maintenance, updates, and some modifications to help the site evolve with the company’s goals and strategy. Using a particular style of photography throughout unifies the design in this website, and that same photography was used in the flyers.
